  • Can I return an item?

Yes, only if purchased via this webshop. Please ensure there are no marks or signs of wear. If this is the case once we receive your item, we will not accept an exchange or refund and customers will have to cover  the cost to receive original item that was shipped. We also do not provide refunds on shippings for products.

  • How do I return a product?

Please send an email via 'Contact' page with Order Number as subject in email. State whether you'd like an exchange or refund.

  • I Have destroyed tags/labels/packaging for a product, can I still return it?

Unfortunately not, please insure you keep packaging, labels and all tags of products are in good nick, so that it is in a reusable state.

  • Do you have any other colours or designs apart from ones shown on Webshop?

No, all items are available online or stockists located in Japan.

  • When is your release date for new stuff?

Please keep posted to our Instagram or malontie.com where we announce our release dates for products.
